Endure-Sil 20 and Endure-Sil 30 are two-component, tin-cure condensation silicone systems formulated at 20 A and 30 A hardness. These materials deliver strong tear performance and maintain dimensional stability with minimal shrinkage. Endure-Sil 20 offers a softer profile, making it ideal for releasing delicate textures or intricate patterns with ease. Both grades provide a cost-effective solution for general mould-making applications, including the casting of resin, plaster, wax, and comparable mediums. 

The Enduro-Sil portfolio consists of two-component, platinum-cure addition silicones offered in multiple hardness options ranging from 10 A to 50 A Shore. Several grades are produced in a translucent format, making them well suited for jewellery, prototype work, or any mould where visibility during cutting or trimming is beneficial. These silicones can be tinted with suitable pigments.

Enduro-Sil materials process easily due to their low viscosity, and most users will find that vacuum degassing is unnecessary. They provide high tear strength, maintain excellent dimensional accuracy with very low shrinkage, and are approved for contact with food. This makes the range versatile for manufacturing moulds, special effects components, coloured silicone parts, and a wide variety of industrial or creative applications.
